Bradley’s AutoCenter, was founded in 1974 and incorporatedin 1981. Robert T. Bradley started his business at the age of 19 on Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE. In 1975, he leased his current property and grew the business to which we know today. Early in the 70’s, Bradley’s specialized in air cooled Volkswagens which earned them the reputation of being experts in the VW field today. In the late 70’s VWs new water cooled line of vehicles kept them busy, in addition to working on other foreign and domestic vehicles.
After years of leasing, the owner of the property was finally willing to sell. Robert purchased the property and was able to reinvest in the business making many technological advances. While keeping up-to-date with the latest computer technology and investing into the best diagnostic equipment, Bradley’s continue to grow a wide range of clientel. With the ever-changing technology, Bradley’s has kept their technicians trained with the latest up-to-date diagnostic equipment while continuing to educate their technicians.Bradleys automotive technicians must stay up-to-date with the ever changing automotive environment.
